Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion (e.g., stock limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to meet age or delivery requirements). A contract is formed when we send order confirmation or ship the products, whichever occurs first under applicable law.

Prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through our e-commerce platform and authorized payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse transactions that appear fraudulent or unlawful.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated by reference.

Promotional offers, coupon codes, and bundle pricing are subject to stated conditions, expiry dates, and product exclusions. One promotion per order unless otherwise specified. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

You agree not to:

• Resell products where prohibited by law or without required licences;
• Attempt to circumvent age verification, security, or access controls;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as required by applicable consumer protection legislation, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vape007 and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vape007 from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, or violation of law, except to the extent caused by our negligence or misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your province of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to terms affecting existing orders will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
