1. Service area
We currently deliver to customers within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario. We do not ship to all provinces or territories at this time. If you are outside our service area, checkout may not be available or your order may be cancelled and refunded. We plan to expand delivery across Canada in the future; any changes will be posted on this page.
2. Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays) after payment is confirmed. High volume, weather, or carrier delays may extend processing or delivery times. You will receive order confirmation and shipping updates by email when available.
3. Shipping rates
- Free shipping: Orders of 100 CAD or more (before tax, after applicable discounts) qualify for free standard delivery within our service area, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Orders under 100 CAD: A shipping fee may apply. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Promotional free-shipping offers may have additional terms displayed on the site or at checkout.
4. Delivery methods & timing
Delivery is arranged through local couriers or delivery partners serving the GTA. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout or in your shipping confirmation where possible. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Someone of legal age may be required to accept delivery. We reserve the right to verify age at delivery in accordance with federal and provincial laws governing vaping products, including the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (Canada) and Ontario regulations.
5. Address accuracy & failed delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses, refused delivery, unsafe access, or absence at the delivery location. If a package is returned to us due to customer error, we may charge a re-shipping fee or issue a refund less shipping and handling costs, at our discretion.
6. Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or to the carrier where applicable), except where otherwise required by law.
7. Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vape007.ca with your order number and photos of the package and products. See our Return & Refund Policy for resolution options.
8. Taxes
Applicable federal and Ontario taxes (including HST, where required) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the nature of the products ordered.
