1. General principle
For health, safety, and compliance with Canadian laws governing vaping products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products, including devices, disposables, pods, e-liquids, and accessories once seals are broken or packaging has been opened.
2. Defective or damaged on arrival
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Email: support@vape007.ca
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging;
- Do not discard packaging until your claim is resolved.
After review, we may offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability), store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion. We may request return of defective items in original packaging where feasible.
3. Unopened products
Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging may be considered for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in resaleable condition and comply with applicable law. A restocking fee may apply. Contact support@vape007.ca before sending any product back—unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Non-returnable items
The following are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used vaping products, e-liquids, pods, or disposables;
- Products purchased on final sale or clearance (where marked);
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or modification;
- Gift cards or promotional credits;
- Orders that cannot be verified or that violate our age or eligibility requirements.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after approval). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
6. Exchanges
Where an exchange is approved, we will ship a replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned item (if required). Price differences for alternate products may require an additional payment or partial refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once dispatched, standard return rules apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws where they apply to your purchase.
